Before Offsiter, we ran StartupCabin, a retreat house in Lake Tahoe built specifically for team offsites. Hosting dozens of groups over the years, we didn’t just hand over the keys, we got to know the people behind the companies. We found out what companies actually need — flexible space, time to collaborate and reset, and vendors who show up and deliver.
Offsiter was founded in 2017, with roots in Northern California and a simple goal: make company offsites easier to plan and better to experience. We believe the best work happens when people feel connected to each other, and to where they are.
We use that same hands-on approach to make Offsiter work at scale. We don’t list random properties. We work directly with venues and vendors we’ve partnered with multiple times aka people we know, trust, and would happily work with again.
